Leaf Spring Fitment Kit to suit the Toyota Hilux N90 (2025-on).

The complete hardware bundle to fit your new Tough Dog leaf springs correctly — urethane shackle bushes, U-bolts, greasable shackles and greasable pins.

Choose the kit that matches your rear leaf spring rating:

• TDFK-027 — for springs rated 0–300 kg and 300 kg Constant (C & L)
• TDFK-028 — for heavier springs (LL & XHD)

Note: a centre bearing spacer is only needed if driveline vibration occurs after lift, and is not part of this kit. The front sway-bar relocation bracket is available separately under Extras.
