Return Policy

Overland Imports Limited will only refund returned goods where they were defective or incorrectly supplied.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

No product will be accepted for return without obtaining prior written authorization from Overland Imports Limited. Freight, handling and insurance charges will be to the purchaser’s account. The product must be in the same condition as they were received in (including packaging).

Overland Imports Ltd may but is not obliged to, accept the return of any product that was ordered and correctly supplied.

If the product was delivered incorrectly or with defects or damage, the purchaser must notify Overland Imports Ltd in writing (email) within three days of receipt of the product. The notification must quote the relevant invoice number and must include all the necessary details of the incorrect delivery, defect or damage. If purchaser fails to notify Overland Imports Ltd, the purchaser shall be deemed to have received the product in good order and condition and that the same had been delivered in accordance with the purchaser’s order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (Inc DOA (Dead on Arrival)). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You have 10 calendar days from the date you received the product(s), to inform us of any products which are (DOA) Dead on Arrival, wrong item supplied or damaged during courier transport.

For any product returns, the goods must be returned to us at your expense and in the original condition, you received the goods in.

The purchaser will be required to pay to Overland Imports Ltd, or Overland Imports will deduct from any refund, a handling charge of 10% of the full purchase price (GST inclusive) of the product approved for return to Overland Imports Limited, unless agreed prior to the return.

All the goods returned with authorisation by Overland Imports MUST BE sent back within 7 days at purchaser cost, except in circumstances where we have dispatched incorrect goods.
