Tough Dog performance torsion bars offer a spring rate roughly 30% higher than OEM, eliminating harsh bottoming‑out off road and sharpening on‑road handling. They can be installed with moderate pre‑load to lift the front for extra clearance or simply to restore handling at standard height — especially worthwhile when running oversize tyres or frontal accessories. A minimum 60mm of suspension droop must be maintained.
